SEAGRAPE

Private facial plastic surgery · Palm Beach

Still you. Rested.

Seagrape is a private facial plastic surgery practice on the island of Palm Beach. Small by intention, unhurried by design — and known, quietly, for restraint.

“The best work is the work no one can name.”

People should say you look well. Not different.

The garden entrance, morning.

The practice

A house, not a hospital.

Behind a garden wall on the island, Seagrape keeps the pace of an older Palm Beach: one patient at a time, consultations that run as long as they need to, and a staff that has been here for years. Discretion isn’t a policy we wrote down. It’s the way the house works.

We do fewer procedures than most practices our size — on purpose. The calendar is kept light so the work never has to hurry.

The work

No. 01

Face & Neck

The quiet restoration of a jawline and neck — planned around your anatomy, never a template.

No. 02

Eyes & Brow

The first thing people read, treated with the lightest possible hand.

No. 03

Rhinoplasty

Balance over correction — a nose that belongs to your face, and always did.

The approach

Unhurried, from the first hour.

I.

The consultation

Ninety minutes, in person, with the surgeon. We listen more than we speak — and no one will ever suggest more than you came in for.

II.

The plan

The least surgery that honors the goal. Sometimes that means no surgery at all — we’ll tell you that, too.

III.

The recovery

Looked after at every stage, with a direct line to the practice — sun, salt air, and good sleep do their part.

“Restraint is a surgical skill.”

Consultation

Begin quietly.

A short note is enough. Tell us what you’ve been thinking about — or simply that you’d like to talk. Every inquiry is read by the practice, not a call center.
