This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. We do not build profiles of visitors.

If you use the contact form, the information you enter is transmitted by our form provider, Formspree, and delivered to our email, where it is used only to respond to you. We don’t sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list. If you’d like a message you sent deleted, ask and we’ll delete it.

For current clients, we run the working relationship on three services, each with its own sign-in and privacy practices: change requests through Freshdesk, invoices and payments through Stripe, and project files through Dropbox. We put client information into these tools only to deliver the work — never to sell or share it.

Please don’t include patient information in the contact form or in email to us. This site is for business inquiries between practices and Pointed; it is not a channel for patient communication and is not intended to receive protected health information.
